​​​​​​​​​If you are 18 to 35 years old, then this camp is for you. Come along to be encouraged and challenged to go deeper in your relationship with Christ. Enjoy a fun weekend of Christian fellowship with Young Adults from across Qld.

 

When

Start:  Friday 2nd October, arrival from 5 p.m.

End:  Monday 5th October after Morning Tea.

Early Bird $205 for the whole weekend.  See registration form for part weekend options.

After 16/9/25 the cost will increase by 15%.  

After 27/9/25 registrations will be closed.

Why is there any early bird cutoff?  Adjusting catering orders, room allocations and manually handling other communication is costly in terms of time and money.  To encourage/reward timely registrations, we give a discount of 15% on our standard charges up until 14 days from camp. Once we are 7 days out, we close registrations to give time for us to make final planning, etc for camp.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be in single-sex cabins. When registering, please list those you would like to be rooming with so that cabin allocation can be more easily done.

 

Married couples can request a room to themselves.  However, these will only be allocated if there is capacity to do so.  A more certain way to get your own space is to bring a camper.  You can register for this on our form.

Couples with children will be able to attend if their children are not older than 35 months (up to 2 year olds).  Those babies/toddlers can be registered on your form.  Again, this is subject to availability of rooms. • Fitted Sheet for your bed - Every bed must have a fitted sheet

Arrival

The gates will be open from 5 p.m. on Friday. The first meal being served is supper at 9 p.m. The campsite is situated near a large number of shops so if you haven’t had dinner on the way, there are many options nearby. All other meals for the long weekend are provided.

Cancellations: Cancellations made earlier than 1 week before the commencement of the event will be refunded less a $10 online processing fee which has already been expended. After this point we will already have committed to the costs of the camp and unfortunately won't be able to refund.
